Jenni Balch
Jenni Balch was born and raised in Atlanta. In high school, she was assigned a class project to interview two people who were doing jobs she was interested in when she grew up. She chose physicist and author. And she went on to do both. In school, she double majored in physics and history, and got a Masters in Mechanical Engineering. She now lives and works in Western Massachusetts. Her short story “Wish” won the WNDB 2019 Young Adult Short Story Contest and will appear in the anthology “A Universe of Wishes” in Spring 2021.
